phone cards with best international and domestic rates online 24 hours a day 7
days a week. Shortly after your order is approved, our systems automatically e-mail
the 1-800 access number and the PIN number so you can begin using your card immediately.
The information in the email is much like the back of a standard calling card
so you can print it out, or note the information on a secure place, etc.

a week.
Customer service hours are 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM PST Monday thru Saturday except major

Orders are accepted only on the web.
Secure Ordering
All online transactions at www.DIGITZ.com web site are handled with highest industry-standard
SSL encryption as we take the issue of security seriously. Every time you send
us your credit card number and your billing and shipping information, We have
taken security very seriously and incorporated microsoft SSL (security Socket
Layer) into our website that we created. This uses a 128-bit encryption code to

Layer (SSL) technology to prevent the information from being intercepted. Also,
your credit card number is encrypted when your order is stored.
Ordering and Shipping
If you chose e-mail delivery and we have already verified your account and set
you up for immediate delivery, you order will be sent automatically within minutes
if not seconds. There is no shipping charge for e-mail delivery of orders.
If the order is not approved, you'll receive an e-mail explaining reason or requesting
more information.
If we receive your order after 8:00 pm PST and the order approval does not pass,
we will process your order on the next business day. (if you send the requested
information).
If you lost your PIN number, simply just log into your account at www.DIGITZ.com,
and check order status to get your lost PIN number from your orders.
Return Policy
Once the PIN number is delivered to the customer via e-mail, The Sale Is Final.
The physical phone cards, which are shipped, can be returned if unscratched and
PIN number is not displayed a 15% restocking will be charged. If you have a problem
with a card access number, experience quality problems or unable to use your phone
card, call customer service number of the service provider of the card in your
e-mail order. Customer Service should be able to resolve any problems you may
have. Be sure to have your PIN number available when calling customer service.
If service provider customer service cannot resolve your problem, please e-mail
us at customerservice@digitz.com and we'll make every attempt to ensure your satisfaction.
We make every effort for 100% customer satisfaction!
Digitz.com does not manufacture phone cards. We market the best phone cards with
the best service and resell them to you. If you have a billing or rate question
on the card you purchased, please call customer service number of the service
provider of the card in your e-mail order. That number is the customer service
number forthe carrier that provides service on that card and has access to call
detail records (CDR) and billing records.
We strive to maintain up to date information about product and services on our
website. However we must disclaim this information to you for your knowledge.
1. Rates may be higher on calls to Cellular phones.
2. Rates are subject to change without notice. Although this does not happen
often.
3. Calls from pay phone are subject to an additional charge of 50¢
to 75¢ per call.
4. Phone Card or PINs are Non Refundable, Non Transferable and Non Exchangeable.
5. Monthly, bi-monthly, weekly maintenance fee & taxes may apply on
